Dynasty Roofing did not begin as a business plan. It began as a prayer for change.

As a family of seven, Eric and Rochelle Angeletti were searching for a path that offered more purpose, more balance, and the opportunity to build something meaningful together. After 16 years of working long hours in sales, often six days a week, Eric knew something needed to shift. 

​

In October 2024, they met Alberto Ayon, a seasoned entrepreneur with years of experience in the roofing industry. Alberto recognized Eric’s ability to connect with people and invited them both to attend a roofing conference in Connecticut focused on modern roofing systems, innovations, and sales training.

​

Eric and Rochelle said yes, and everything changed.

​

 

Learning the Industry and Seeing the Problem

​

After returning from the conference, Eric stepped into roofing sales while Rochelle made the decision to leave behind 19 years as a stay-at-home mother to take on the marketing side of roofing.

​

Those first few months moved quickly.

​

Eric began door-to-door outreach and immediately started generating business. But as they worked, they also began hearing the same stories over and over from homeowners. Many had experienced poor workmanship, unreliable contractors, had been defrauded or knew someone who had been a victim of fraud. 

​

As homeowners themselves, those experiences hit close to home.

​

It became clear that the roofing industry did not simply need more companies. It needed better ones.

​

The Moment It Became Real

​

As their involvement in the industry grew, so did their understanding of a deeper issue. The gap was not only in roofing quality, but in care, communication, and accountability.

​

Too often, homes were treated as transactions instead of what they truly are, a place of safety, security, and family.

​

A pattern became impossible to ignore. Most roofing companies continued to rely on reputation alone, leaving homeowners to take a risk and hope the job would be done correctly. For many families, that meant uncertainty, stress, and repeated disappointment.

Eric, Rochelle, and Alberto began talking more intentionally about what a better approach could look like. Those conversations centered around one idea: roofing should not be a gamble for homeowners. It should be a process built on clarity, accountability, and trust from the very beginning. 

​

That moment marked a turning point. From then on, the focus was not just roofing systems, but protecting people’s homes the same way they would protect their own. 

​

A partnership was formed, and together they launched Dynasty Roofing in July 2025.

With Alberto’s industry experience, Eric’s communication and sales background, and Rochelle’s focus on customer care, the company was built to deliver a more personal and honest roofing experience.

For the Dynasty Roofing team, this work is deeply personal.

They are raising five sons, with their oldest proudly serving in the United States Air Force. As a family, they understand what it means to protect what matters most and ensure there is always a safe place to come home to.
